Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

If a Customer receives Products from Plotter City in a damaged condition, please notify Plotter City
immediately on 1300 264 186 or by e-mail on sales@plottercity.com.au Plotter City have 10 days
return policy for damaged or incorrect goods. Once you inform us about receipt of damaged
product, you will be given Return Authority (RA) Number. You will have to return unopened product
for refund. For any opened product, refunds cannot be given. Once you return us the goods within
10 day period, your money paid will be refunded. The freight from you to Plotter City for returned
goods will be payable by you.

Refunds

Refunds will only be paid after receipt of goods by Plotter City in properly packed condition. Refund
will be paid after deducting the Freight charges and other costs. No refunds will be payable for good
returned were opened or not packed properly. Return Authority (RA) Number should be mentioned
on the returned goods clearly.
