Delivery
Plotter City ships Products through Australia Post or any reputed Couriers. If the item ordered by you
is available in stock, the same will be despatched by next day. In case the Products are not available
in stock, the same will be despatched when available. However, you will be notified about the
indicative date of delivery. Products will not be despatched until the payment has been received by
Plotter City in full. In general, you will receive Printers within two to three weeks of your confirmed
Order and payment.
Freight Costs
The Freight of Printers and various Consumables like Printer or Ink Cartridges, paper Rolls, etc. will
be calculated as per the distance and location of the Customer from major Cities as well as Weight
and Dimension (Volume) of the printers. The Freight of Large Format Printers are calculated in
different situations like whether the customer has a Fork Lift to pick up the Large Printer from the
Truck or does the Customer need Tailgate Truck, Whether the delivery of large Format Printer is
required inside the office or at the entrance of the building, whether printer needs to be taken on a
floor, etc. when you fill in details of your Post code and the Product purchased, Freight Cost will
appear in the Cost of Delivery.
Receipt of Products
Deliveries of Printers cannot be made to Post boxes. Signatory of the Delivery must be available to
accept the Products. If contactless delivery is required, delivery made at the physical address must
be taken as delivered and Plotter City will not be responsible for any damage or loss of products
once delivered without signature.
